Black Hole Sun is an original acrylic painting on canvas measuring 48" x 48" x 1.5".  This piece starts with a dead center reflective resin sculpture sitting upon a bold black background. Reflective glass and metallic silver sculpture is the centerpiece of this universe which is surrounded by a soft, whispy delicate lacing of silver metallic.  After that comes the grey rolling ribbon which is like the cosmic dust from a comet or like a ring of Saturn.  The white flames bursting out from the ribbon give this the final touch. Such cool details and so intricate in its entirety. Comes signed on the back and ready to hang in both vertical/horizontal orientation and diagonal like a diamond position.
Care instructions for artwork:
Epoxy resin which contains UV inhibitors and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stablaziers) are used but may yellow over time with exposure to sunlight. Keep all art out of direct sunlight. Resin can be scratched and marked. Avoid the use of abrasive cleaners. Clean with a window cleaner (like Windex) and a soft cloth. To remove dust in the textured areas, use a microfibre duster or non-residue compressed air.  I also use real crushed reflective glass and some pieces can be sharp. Be sure to handle your art with care. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original. Due to these pieces being handmade, they may have small imperfections (fine bubbles, small particles, etc.) in the resin. I try my best to make each peice as perfect as possible, but I am only human.
